RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Beaux Equestrian returns policy for products purchased through this online store:

I want to return an item, what should I do?
​
First, send us an email [beauxequestrian@outlook.com] or message us on Facebook/Instagram within 14 days of delivery to see if your item is eligible for a return. If it is, please include a note inside your package stating your order number, name and email used to purchase the item/s.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase, you can request a return within 14 working days after the date of delivery. You are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods and the original postage and packaging charges made, unless you chose a more expensive delivery option (such as 1st class). In this case you will only be refunded for the standard delivery cost. You will not be entitled to a refund of the postage cost you incur in returning the item to us. A refund will not be given until we receive the item/s and they are unused and in the same condition you received them. This does not apply to custom made to order items or personalised items which are NOT eligible for a return.
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item is faulty or arrives damaged. Please note you will be required to send photo evidence to show the fault or damage before your refund/replacement can be accepted.
Custom made to order and personalised items are NOT eligible for a return or refund, unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour or size on a custom made item!

If you notice before your order has been shipped, please get in touch as soon as possible (social media like facebook or instagram is the quickest way) to let us know of the mistake. If I haven't begun your order then I may be able to change the colours/sizing for you. However, if I have already started making your order or it has been shipped to you, then unfortunately we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on these items as they are custom made.

- If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount code or voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

- If your delivery address is incorrect on the invoice, you must let us know straight away. Unfortunately your order is not eligible for a refund if you ordered with an incorrect address and your parcel gets lost as a result. If your parcel gets returned to us then we can re-ship this to you, but you will incur these extra postage fees.
