What happens when I order from you?
Step 1: You place an order with us (yay!)
Step 2: Order confirmation via email (make sure to check your junk mail!)
Step 3: Your order is being processed (see processing times below)
Step 4: Shipped! On the way to you (check junk mail if 'shipped' email is not in your inbox)
Step 5: DELIVERY!
Processing Times Explained:
'Made to order' items: Processing time of 1-2 weeks*
All other items: Processing time of 2-3 working days
*Please take into consideration that while I will try my best to say within the 1-2 week time frame, sometimes materials may be out of stock or there may be a slightly longer wait during busy periods like Christmas. Occasionally orders take me 3 weeks to complete but this is extremely rare and I will contact you if there is ever a problem with your order.
As I don't want to rush anyone's lovely products, if you do need an order made by a specific date (e.g for a Birthday) please contact me via email or social media is the quickest way (see our Contact Page for details) to make sure I am able to complete your product in time. Or add a note at the checkout - while I can't guarantee a delivery within this time I will try my best.
EVERY ORDER WILL HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, THIS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU ONCE THE ITEM IS DISPATCHED. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL (AND SPAM FOLDER) FOR THIS SO YOU CAN KEEP AN EYE ON WHEN YOUR ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED.
If your item is returned to us then you will be liable for shipping to resend the item out!
**Due to the new GPSR regulations which came into effect 13th Dec 2024, I will no longer be able to sell to Northern Ireland or the EU / EEA.

My order still hasn't arrived:
Firstly, check the tracking number that will have been emailed to you (make sure to check your junk mail folder)
If you still haven't received your order 1 week after the "Your order has been shipped!" email (3 weeks for international parcels), PLEASE check with your local sorting office to make sure it isn't there. More often than not, your parcel is waiting for you in the local sorting office and for some reason you weren't given a card off your postman. If it isn't in your local sorting office, contact us and we will try and track it down for you. If your item is returned to us after a month, you may have to contribute to the postage cost for it to be sent out to you again. Any refunds will have the postage cost deducted.
