Hi, I'm Alexandra!

I created Beaux Equestrian back in February 2018 during my final year of University — though my love for creativity and small business started long before that. Having seen a gap in the market for high quality, well made paracord products in the UK, I decided to start my own business on Etsy, offering affordable and durable handmade items.

​

Horses have always been my safe place — a constant source of comfort, confidence, and understanding. As someone on the autism spectrum, I’ve often found words difficult, but animals have always understood me completely. They’ve carried me through tough times, and I owe them everything.

My main goal with Beaux Equestrian was to create a balance between natural horsemanship and more traditional riding, with products suitable for a wide variety of equestrians worldwide. From riders already established in tackless riding, to riders wanting to try something new. I try to cater to anyone and everyone and always aim to please. Whether that's a custom item, custom colours, custom sizes or supplying to trade!

Even though I’m a quiet, introverted person, my craft gives me a voice — bold, bright, and full of heart. I’ve always loved colour, customisation, and floral touches — the things that make every creation unmistakably “Beaux”. It's not a big brand with a team or fancy PR packages — it’s just me (and sometimes my wonderful family) working from my small studio in Wales to create something special for you and your horses.
