Paracord and rope are great materials for equestrian and pet products due to their durability and strength. They also repel water and are mildew & rot resistant! To ensure longevity of your paracord and rope products, please follow our advice below.

  • Wash in warm water only. Avoid high temperatures.

  • You can use mild detergent or soap to wash your products.

  • Use your hands or a soft rag/sponge to clean your paracord & rope products. Never use scrubbing brushes or anything with a rough surface as this could damage it.

  • Do not use bleach! If there is a stubborn stain, use baking soda instead.

  • Never leave any paracord/rope products unattended on or near animals! Our products are made to be incredibly strong and may not break in the event of an accident.

  • Make sure the products fit your horse correctly. Neckropes should never hang below your horses chest or near their legs. For more information on the correct fit, please click here

  • All our saddlepads (apart from our discontinued holographic pads) can be washed in the washing machine. Please make sure they are protected using one of our wash bags. Putting saddlepads into the washing machine without any protection is done so at your own risk and we will not be liable for any damages.

  • Use minimal detergent as this may irritant your horses skin.

  • Do not wash on a higher temperature than 30 degrees. Please chose a cold wash if possible.

  • DO NOT TUMBLE DRY. Instead hang them out to dry.

  • Dirty saddlepads can also irritate your horse skin, especially in the hot sumer months. Make sure to wash your saddlepads regularly if needed.

  • Avoid leaving your saddlepad in the sun for long periods, this could cause fading of the print/colour.

  • Saddlepads should be stored in a cool, dry environment to avoid mildew or mold.
