Please see our different options below in regards to returning/exchanging items.

 

My order has arrived damaged/faulty!

Please get in contact with us via any of our social media pages or via email (beauxequestrian@outlook.com) if your order has arrived damaged or is faulty. We can offer a replacement or refund. Please note, you may be asked to provide pictures of the fault/damage.

 

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour or size on a custom made item!

If you notice before your order has been shipped, please get in touch as soon as possible (social media like facebook or instagram is the quickest way) to let us know of the mistake. If I haven't begun your order then I may be able to change the colours/sizing for you. However, if I have already started making your order or it has been shipped to you, then unfortunately we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on these items as they are custom made.

 

The saddlepad has arrived and doesn't fit

'Discontinued' or 'Sale' Saddlepads cannot be refunded or exchanged. We have a size guide for all saddle pads in their description to clearly show sizing before purchase, therefore will not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless faulty.
