Introducing our first adjustable 2 colour neckrope design, built for strength and durability. Braided by hand with 9 strands of 550 paracord in the colours of your choice, and finished with a black Biothane Granite attachment — Granite Biothane is tougher and more hard-wearing than standard Biothane Beta. The adjustable feature allows you to customise the fit for you and your horse, whether you’re exploring tackless riding or using it as a reliable safety aid. 📏 How to Choose the Right Size:
1. Start with the size guide below to choose the base size that best matches your horse.
2. The adjustable attachment features 6 holes, spaced 1 inch apart — giving you flexibility to fine-tune the fit.
3. Example: If you select a Cob size, you can increase the size by up to 2 inches or tighten it by up to 3 inches from the base measurement.
4. This means you can adjust the neckrope for the perfect fit, whether your horse is between sizes or you want flexibility for riding multiple different horses.
 
 
Size Guide:
Shetland = Under 11hh
Pony = Approx. 11hh – 13hh
Cob = Approx. 13hh – 15.2hh
Full = Approx. 15.2hh – 17hh
Extra Full = 17hh+ (Typically breeds such as Shire, Normandy Cob, Belgian Warmbloods, etc., or 'Full size' horses with particularly thick, chunky necks.)
 
Please consider your horse’s neck size as well as height!
For example, if you have a pony with a very chunky neck, you may wish to size up to Cob. Likewise, if you have a 15.3hh horse with a slender neck (such as a Thoroughbred), it may be best to size down to Cob.
 
 
📏 Custom Measurements:
If you’d like a custom size, here’s how to measure:
Take a leadrope and place it around your horse’s neck in the position you’d like the neckrope to sit. Measure the length of the rope used, and add this measurement to the 'notes' box at checkout. I will make your neckrope as close to your measurement as possible! You can also scroll through the listing photos to see a handy measuring guide at the end. Shipping to Northern Ireland & the EU:
Due to the new GPSR regulations which came into effect on 13th December 2024, I am sadly unable to ship to Northern Ireland or the EU. Any orders placed from these locations will have to be cancelled and refunded. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding with this situation, which is out of my control.
